How can a Wealth Dynamics Profile help?
How can a Wealth Dynamics Profile help? I heard this once, it is something like a joke, but it made a point and I would like to share it.
A speaker stood on a dimly lit stage. He asked the audience, “Could you all please raise your hands?” Then, as everyone did so, he asked for the lights to be switched on. Immediately, the hall was flooded with light. That speaker asked “Did we learn anything from that?”
Naturally, there were a lot of speculation, but he finally told us the lesson: “Many hands make light work”

Somehow, it was funnier then. But now, when I thought about this, I realize that this is a truth that has been realized through the generations. When we have many people helping us, things get done easier, faster and usually, better.
That is quite easy to understand and appreciate when you have to move a heavy rock, but does it still apply in today’s modern, economic, wealth-driven world?
We have learned to rely only on ourselves. We learn that we are the masters of our own success. Sometimes, when we try to get others to help, it gets worse. Have you ever had such an experience?
Trying to work with people can be very difficult. It is so strange that they cannot seem to understand simple instructions. You tell them one thing, and they do another. You ask for help in this, and they come back with that.
This is where an understanding of Wealth Dynamics Profiles can help a lot. You see, Wealth Dynamics Profile is not just about identifying your path of least resistance to Wealth Creation. It is also about understanding your natural strengths. By knowing a person’s Wealth Dynamics Profile, you will know what kinds of abilities and actions come naturally to them. You will be able to see how they fit into the overall picture.
With this knowledge, you will find that Wealth Dynamics Profile actually help to move the entire group forward. You can interact better, you communicate clearer and you are able to achieve much more. We all know about leverage and how important that is. But leverage is useless when employed at the wrong point.
So, when you know your own Wealth Dynamics Profile, it also helps to know the profiles of your team members. In fact, the selection of your team members should be based on your respective Wealth Dynamics Profile. If you had a team full of “doers” and no “planners”, how long do you think you can last before running into a dead end?

Maybe this is me talking nonsense, but it seems like Google isn’t a company run strictly by the top and they seem to be doing quite well.
